We loved shooting some photos of this nearly 1-year-old lady! It’s unbelievable how much kiddos change in that first year. Miss Lauren is so big and so full of personality–you can just tell by looking at her bright eyes + smile! We had a super yummy slice of cake waiting for her at the end of the photo shoot. Maybe we pushed it a little too much, because she just wasn’t that into it! I still think the cake pic is a keeper, even if it’s a little messy (and I’m not talking about the frosting). Happy 1st Bday girlie!

Little Gracie is the most mild-mannered 2-year-old ever!! She is an absolute doll and was a JOY to photograph! I can’t decide if it’s the dimples or the pigtails that have melted my heart forever.
Her parents are super lucky to have her. What a cute bunch!

Hot off the press! We are so excited to add mini books from WHCC (our favorite local printing lab) to our product repertoire! They are 3×3″, fit perfectly in the palm of your hand, have dozens of cover options, and are cute as a bug. We love these little accordion albums because they are perfect for showing off a splash of your favorite images in one sweet spot. Plus they are sold in threes, which means you can keep one for you and gift the others to your mom & grandma.

Each of our books feature 10 sides of heavy, textured art water color paper–allowing you to add up to 6 images on the front and 4 on the back! I just ordered this set using our little guy’s Easter/2nd birthday photos and I couldn’t be more in love. These seriously make me happy and I want to print 1,000 more. Plus each book comes in a nice little frosted plastic case to keep its fabric cover pretty forever and ever.

Last weekend we had an amazing opportunity to attend a wedding workshop with the fabulous Emily Steffen at the Minneapolis Photo Center. Emily is one of the most bubbly, genuine, and talented people we’ve ever met and we left feeling completely inspired with a mile-long to-do list. The workshop was worth every penny and Emily offered completely golden advice on how to transform our brand and business into a seamless representation of us. Love her!! Plus she brought in some of the most wonderful vendors around (see source list below!) and we rounded out the weekend with a super gorgeous stylized group photo shoot! That dress seriously gives me a heart attack every time I look at it. Lots of eye candy here…Enjoy! xo Jessica
